Fab Lab Campaign

Piedmont Makers has kicked off a campaign to raise money for the “Fabrication Lab” in the new STEAM building. The vision for the lab is to provide a facility where students can make almost anything, from robot parts to works of art. Our goal is to raise $200,000 for automated and hand tools, room outfitting and a staff member. Currently we have $20,000 committed and an anonymous donor who has committed to match up to $50,000. We look forward to receiving your support.

Feel free to bring your own items to disassemble and any useful tools and we’ll recycle it all afterwards if need be. See you there! Buy your tickets here.
